The Friends of Salem Association's general meeting and Night of Friends delighted both members and parents. An exciting event with lots of new projects.

It has been five years since our exchange programme with the Tsinghua High School in Beijing, China took place. Now it was finally time again.

For four days and three nights, our finalists battled their way through the Black Forest.

Twice a year, Round Square runs International Service (RSIS) Projects for students from across the world. Salem student Keira took part and travelled to Thailand.

The 10 Plus from Schloss Spetzgart had an exciting day on the golf course in Owingen. They learnt golf etiquette, practised shots and enjoyed a meal together.

Junge Helden e. V. visited grade 10 in Salem to inform and raise awareness about organ donation.

The library organized a 'Magic Night' for Years 5 and 6, where over 20 children enjoyed a magical show and exciting book recommendations.

"Democracy under pressure – taking responsibility for freedom together" – that was the motto of this year's Theodor Heuss Award ceremony, in which we were once again able to participate.

The new field hockey pitch on Härlen campus was officially opened on the last day of school before the Whitsun vacations. A great celebration for a fantastic sports field!

The fire brigade service from Schule Schloss Salem visited the Munich Volunteer Fire Brigade, where many informative and interactive activities awaited them. The visit to the nearby Olympic Park was a major highlight for the group.

We travelled 1000 kilometres to immerse ourselves in the world 2000 years ago. Our Roman excursion took us, Grade 7, to the city of Trier from 8 to 12 April, where we discovered the traces of the Romans.
