For 1 September 2026 we are seeking a House Tutor / Mentor (m/f/d) to live and work in a boarding house, caring for a wing of boys or girls. 

We are looking for

• People who enjoy working with children/young people from different cultures and are aware of their own role model function,
• People who enjoy accompanying young students on their way to becoming a critically thinking personality and
• People who enjoy living and working in the community of the boarding school. 

You should offer

• a relevant (social) pedagogical qualification,
• Experience in working with young people and the flexibility and willingness to participate in a lively community,
• familiarity with reform pedagogical theory and a willingness to put it into practice in everyday life with children and young people,
• Joy in working with young people from different cultural backgrounds and
• the willingness to accompany various student activities.

Schule Schloss Salem gGmbH is seeking a committed Kitchen assistant (m/f/d) for our school kitchen at Schloss Salem, to start as soon as possible, with a workload of 50–100 %.

Your responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation as well as compliance with hygiene and quality standards
• Supporting the preparation and serving of meals for students and staff
• Carrying out general cleaning tasks in the kitchen and dishwashing area

Your profile

• Initial experience in a kitchen environment desirable
• Dedicated and independent way of working
• Team spirit and a friendly manner when dealing with people
• Flexibility to work in a two-shift system
