Spetzgarter Hafen Shines Again

A great deal has happened at Spetzgart Harbour over the past four years: the harbour basin has been dredged, the jetties renewed and the harbour hut renovated. A new, large sunshade now also provides a shaded seating area right by Lake Constance. 

These improvements were made possible by the generous support of a number of donors from the alumni community, as well as the dedicated efforts of the regional tradespeople involved. Special thanks were extended to them on 10 July: At the ‘Sundowner’ event at Spetzgart Harbour, supporters, representatives of the tradespeople’s businesses and members of the school community came together to celebrate the completion of the work on this glorious summer’s evening.

The refurbished harbour now once again offers our students the ideal conditions for the Nautical Club, sailing lessons, leisure activities and many other shared experiences on Lake Constance.
