On arriving, unpacking our suitcases, getting to know our housemates from the wing and our house tutor, signing the Golden Book and then Formal Dinner - now Induction Day. What is that again? Induction Day turns out to be a day right at the start of the new school year which is designed such that you get to know your new wing mates and classmates in a fun and playful way. Trust, teamwork and communication amongst each other are established and even improved. The nice thing about this is that the activities and games are held right outside the door, in the gardens of the Spetzgart. This action-packed day has been successfully organized for a long time by the team Zwerger & Raab from the Black Forest.

From personal experience, I can only confirm that Induction Day at the College is not only great for team-building and improved communication, it is also a great chance for everyone to make new friends. My highlight was the tournament at the end of the day, where all the wings competed as a complete team to make a success of the day.
