The preparations of the team of hosts for the May Ball were long and exhausting. We had to cope with many tasks and challenges. From the organization of the drinks to the technology to the decoration, meetings and planning had to take place partly even during the carnival vacations. In between there were always new hurdles to overcome, e.g. misunderstandings in the organization. But due to good cooperation of the team and thanks to the unrelenting commitment of Mrs. Schwarz, the May Ball has become an unforgettable event in the spring of 2023. 

With over 200 guests and a good atmosphere, the dance floor was constantly full. The live band brought momentum to the ball with a good selection and combination of music styles and the large disco ball on the ceiling of the Spetzgart dining hall provided the perfect flair.

We as the Festwirteteam had a lot of fun organizing the event and we were pleased that many guests found the result as successful as we did. With this in mind, we are now already looking forward to the next festival, the summer festival. The preparations for this are already in full swing.
