Eight students had already prepared themselves in advance to compete against each other in the discussions in a substantive and passionate manner.

In two semi-finals, four students qualified to face the challenging question "Should city centers be closed to large SUVs?" in the final. With many convincing arguments of pros and cons, the audience could follow a dynamic debate. Already rhetorically adept and very well prepared, the debaters delivered an exciting exchange of blows that made it more than difficult for the judges to choose two winners. Thus, Hannes Dewender and Franziska Raupp will represent us at the regional competition in Sigmaringen on January 30, 2020, as well as Ben Jagasia as a talented successor.

The other debaters Hannah, Carolina, Noah, Max and David will participate as student jurors and also actively support their AG colleagues.
