Last year the Project Week on board the research and media broadcasting ship Aldebaran had to be offered online due to the coronavirus pandemic. But this year students hope to have the opportunity to sail on Lake Constance and conduct research themselves. Schule Schloss Salem places value on educating students to take a responsible approach to our natural resources. The swimming classroom enables children and adolescents to develop their own research questions and get to the bottom of problems with the help of scientists from different disciplines. In addition, the project sensitises students to issues of sustainability and allows them to investigate ecological, physical and chemical interrelationships.
