The Preliminary SAT is an American, standardised test that measures the extent of the academic skills that a student has developed in the disciplines Critical Reading, Mathematics, Writing Skills up until Form 10. The test serves the students of the international classes as a realistic assessment of their results and as preparation for the real SAT.
The Scholastic Aptitude Test or Scholastic Assessment Test is now called the SAT Reasoning Test. Participation in this test is a prerequisite for applying for entrance to an American university. Salem International College is a recognised Test Centre and offers the participation in this test on a regular basis.
