The Weekend Program of Salem Summer School
At the "half-time" weekend of Salem Summer School, we expand our radius. On Saturday, students choose from a range of one day excursions: climbing a high ropes course, mountain hiking in the Allgäu, a biking tour along the shore of Lake Constance, an excursion to 'Technorama' in Winterthur, Switzerland, or a city tour of Konstanz, which can be reached by a ferry-ride across the lake. Also on offer is a day of water sports, including canoeing, sailing and swimming – everyone will find something they enjoy!
In the evening you will experience a legendary highlight of Summer School Salem: our club house party! We won't disclose the party motto yet – only that you will have to be creative!
On Sunday, the program will be more relaxed: sleeping in, brunch and an orientation run around the castle grounds and nearby surroundings will complete the weekend. There will also be time for a swim in the nearby 'Schlosssee' and chilling with your new friends.
A relaxed dinner will be enjoyed around the camp fire with roasted bread. It's a great chance to talk about the latest activities and experiences with one's newly made friends.
Get the teamspirit.
